It’s been talked about, planned, rumored, cussed and discussed ….. NOW it will happen! Big Sandy’s days are numbered!! Yes we will attack the infamous Big Sandy hill on the southern, Epic in-bound trail in Nayls. We will be building a killer wooden deck / bridge from the top of that bad boy to the bottom. It will still offer all of the challenge (in fact it will be a LOT faster!) and none of the sandy frustration of the past. Plus it will be a LOT more sustainable!! We will also do
a bit of needed trimming while we are out in that area.
We will meet in the parking lot of the 49th Ave Trailhead at 8 am. Work until 12 noon, followed by lunch and swag provided by OMBA!
