Yoga for Cyclists at Greenway Bicycles!

Tightness in the hips, quads and hamstrings are very common for cyclists. Learn the best way to "loosen up" by joining Jess, a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, for a four-week yoga for cyclists class! Classes will be Mondays July 9, 16, 23 and 30 at 6:15 pm.
